1. Information we collect

Waitlist information: When you join our private beta waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. MailerLite maintains subscription and confirmation records, including dates and subscription status. The signup form does not ask for your name, phone number, or payment information.

Support correspondence: If you contact us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include, such as your name, message, device details, or screenshots. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, or sensitive personal information.

Website information: Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request details, and timestamps to deliver and protect the website. Access to private review versions requires sign-in through the hosting platform.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Maintain the private beta waitlist.
• Send information about the KeyMove beta and invitations when available.
• Respond to questions, support requests, and feedback.
• Operate, maintain, and protect the website.
• Meet applicable legal obligations.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee beta access.

3. Service providers and disclosures

This version of our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. We use MailerLite to manage waitlist subscriptions and send confirmation emails, welcome emails, beta updates, and invitations. We use Microsoft 365, provided through GoDaddy, to receive and respond to email correspondence. These providers process information in connection with delivering their services.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services.

4. Cookies and website technology

MailerLite processes email delivery, confirmation, and unsubscribe activity. Depending on the settings used for an email, it may also record opens and link clicks. Open tracking is disabled for our automated welcome email.

We have not added Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other additional analytics or advertising tools to this website. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, authentication, and security. This does not mean our providers collect no technical information.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality.

5. Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask to be removed from the waitlist or stop receiving beta emails by contacting support@keymove.app. If an email includes an unsubscribe link, you can also use that link.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

To make a privacy request, email support@keymove.app. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Please do not send identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including managing the waitlist, responding to correspondence, and meeting applicable legal obligations.

You can request deletion by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, or to record your request not to receive further emails.

7. International processing

Our service providers may process or store information in countries other than where you live. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your location.

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the “Last updated” date.
